IVU
AMK Tilt Kneaders type IVU are manufactured in working capacities from 80 to 1,000 litres. The trough is tiltable for discharge over a high mounted fulcrum at the front of the machine. As opposed to the type IIU, this design ensures that the front edge of the trough remains in a low working position and also facilitates a high tilting position to enable the product to be discharged into high containers.
Laboratory Tilt Kneader
IIIU / IIIP
AMK Laboratory Tilt Kneaders Type IIIU are constructed in capacities of 1 - 2.5 - 4 and 8 litres with many special designs. AMK Laboratory Tilt Kneaders Type IIIP are constructed in capacities of 1 - 2.5 and 4 litres to meet especially high demands regarding ease of cleaning. This type of kneader is equipped with an easily removable trough sidewall and readily exchangeable kneading blades. The Laboratory Kneaders are constructed to the same highly robust design as used for the larger capacity full-scale production machines.
